The SONU band is the world’s first and only FDA-cleared, drug- free, wearable therapy for symptoms related to allergic and nonallergic rhinitis. This includes nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and nasal itching.

Our customer support team is available by phone or email. Customers receive a two-year warranty for their SONU band, and any bands identified as defective will be replaced.
Patients can return SONU up to 30 days after purchase. To initiate a return, patients will email support@soundhealth.life. We provide a USPS return label and pre-paid shipping. A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive their SONU band.
Yes — SONU is FDA- and FCC-cleared and operates at extremely low power levels. It uses Bluetooth and forehead-positioned speakers, resulting in much lower EMF exposure than typical in-ear devices. SONU meets all FCC safety standards and was rigorously tested for emissions and biocompatibility to ensure it’s safe for regular use.
