The app assesses nasal airflow based on sounds like “m” and “n.” You may still produce these sounds clearly despite feeling congested. SONUCheck also improves over time by learning from your data.

- Adjust the Band: Use the alignment markers on the band to fit it comfortably around your head.

- Comfort Check: The band should feel snug but not tight, allowing you to wear it comfortably while experiencing the vibrational sound therapy. You should be able to insert your index finger comfortably between the band and your temple area.

The SONU Band has an LED status indicator that shows the charging status. When the device is fully charged, the LED light will indicate it, usually by changing color or turning off the charging light.
