Before you decide
Is the coaching medical care?
No. It’s sleep-habit coaching from Rebis Health’s technologist team, separate from their clinical and medical services. Your coach won’t diagnose, prescribe, or change any treatment you’re on. If something clinical comes up, they’ll tell you to speak with your own physician.
Who are the coaches?
Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGTs) at Rebis Health, a root-cause sleep medicine clinic accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. The same team runs Rebis’s CPAP adherence program, so their day job is helping people stick with sleep therapy.
Can I use insurance or FSA/HSA?
The band is FSA/HSA eligible at $319. The coaching is a free bonus, not a billed medical service — there’s nothing to submit to an insurer.
What happens to my data?
If you consent at enrollment, SoundHealth shares your email, app usage data and sleep survey responses with Rebis Health so your coach can see how your nights are actually going. Nothing else is shared. You can withdraw consent at any time and keep the band.
What if I return the band?
Return it within 45 days for a full refund. Coaching stops at that point, and you owe nothing for the sessions you already had.
