Spatial Sleep is a personalized sleep headband that uses gentle sound and vibration to calm your mind and help you drift off naturally.
OUR RESEARCH
x60% decrease in
Insomnia Severity
- In clinical trials, we utilized the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), a real clinical sleep scale, to measure improvement in sleep
- The average ISI score of the participants dropped from Severe insomnia (19.8 points) to Mild/No insomnia (8.5 points) after four weeks of using the device.
- 75% of the participants improved by at least 7 points on their Insomnia Severity Index scores.
- No differences based on age, race, or gender.
Insomnia severity index (ISI) baseline vs. week 4 endpoint. A: ISI of study participants represented on plot graph comparing baseline and week 4 endpoint scores. Dotted line represents ISI of 7, which represents the threshold of insomnia diagnosis based on ISI. B: Participant self-matched ISI scores from baseline and 4-week endpoint. Disclaimer: The spatial device is not yet FDA approved for the treatment of chronic insomnia. Current randomized controlled trial is underway.

Acoustic Resonance Therapy modified for Sleep
The brain has a natural tendency to synchronize its electrical cycles with external stimuli. When you are awake, your brain typically operates in Beta waves (13–30 Hz). To enter deep sleep, it must slow down to Delta waves (0.5–4 Hz). By playing low-frequency acoustic sounds, Spatial Sleep acts as a metronome. The brain’s activity shifts to the slower rhythm, manually downshifting the nervous system from alertness to calm.
