Patients can return SONU up to 30 days after purchase. To initiate a return, patients will email support@soundhealth.life. We provide a USPS return label and pre-paid shipping. A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive their SONU band.

Yes — SONU is FDA- and FCC-cleared and operates at extremely low power levels. It uses Bluetooth and forehead-positioned speakers, resulting in much lower EMF exposure than typical in-ear devices.
